Alimentis S.r.l., is a company born from the consolidated experience of the Contesini family particularly in the international food and catering market.

The name Contesini has always been tied to a tradition of food entrepreneurship, with father Tazio being one of the founders of Berni Industrie Alimentari (and, subsequently, founder of Arimpex Industrie Alimentari then passed on to the Heinz group), names and trademarks that have made history in the foodservice sector in Italy; to reach his children Fabio and Mirko that, following the steps of their father, decided to establish Alimentis to continue the quest for quality and consumer service that, for years, have distinguished the entrepreneurship of the Contesini family.

Today, the Alimentis group, seven years since its actual entry onto the market, has around 30 employees and 120 sales agents for total sales reaching nearly 15 million euro and ambitious growth targets both in Italy and internationally.
